Translations added and a few bugfixes

• ALTO is now enforced as an opt-out keyword 🇪🇸
• Our email editor, TinyMCE is now translated into French 🇫🇷 and Spanish 🇪🇸

• We fixed a bug in the donation API endpoint where it sometimes failed if the existing donor had a very long occupation

• Hidden events are now excluded from the event map

• We fixed a bug with logging batch contacts for text blasts
