New failed payment notifications and address bug fix

💸 Supporter portal

Donors can now receive automated notifications when a recurring donation fails to process! The feature is available under Settings > Supporter portal > Donation management > Enable failed donation notifications. Only recurring donors processed through NationBuilder Payments are able to receive these emails. You can edit the copy prior to enabling the email type, read more in our documentation.
