We’ve released a set of improvements to the Finances and People sections to give you a clearer view of your fundraising and more powerful ways to segment your donors.

These updates are designed to help you quickly understand performance, catch issues like failed or refunded donations, and take action with confidence.

πŸ’° Finances: Clearer reporting and better visibility

πŸ“Š New summary stats bar

See key fundraising metrics at a glance:

  • Total raised
  • Number of transactions
  • Average donation
  • Number of contributors

These update dynamically as you apply filters.

πŸ” See and filter ALL donation statuses

You can now view and filter transactions by:

  • Succeeded
  • Failed
  • Pending
  • Refunded

No more missing refunds or hidden failures, everything is visible in one place.

🧩 New filters in Finances

Donation status is (succeeded, failed, pending, refunded)
β†’ View all failed or pending transactions so nothing slips through the cracks

Payment processor is

β†’ Reconcile transactions by merchant account or compare performance across processors

πŸ”„ Reorganized finance table (new!)

We’ve reordered the Finances table to emphasize transaction data first.

  • Amount and status now appear before donor information
  • The layout better reflects that this is transaction level data, not just people data

πŸ’‘ Why these filters? Because you can…

Recover lost revenue

Filter by Failed to follow up with donors whose payments didn’t go through

Monitor refund trends

Filter by Refunded to identify disputes or systemic issues

Compare processors

Filter by payment processor to reconcile or analyze performance

πŸ‘₯ People: Build smarter donor segments

We’ve added new filters to help you better understand donor behavior and create targeted lists.

🧩 New filters in People

β†’ [has / has not]
Split your database into recurring donors vs. one-time donors

Recurring donation frequency with status

β†’ Frequency: monthly or annual
β†’ Status: active, canceled, failing, failed
Find active donors, identify churn risk, or follow up on failing payments

Recurring donation started

β†’ [is / before / is before or on / after / is after or on / is between]
Identify recurring donors from a specific timeframe

Amount donated over time

β†’ Filter by amount + timeframe

Segment donors based on total giving (example: mid-level or major donors)

πŸ’‘ Why these filters? Because you can…

Measure campaign success

Find everyone who became a recurring donor during your last campaign

Prevent donor churn

Identify donors with failing recurring payments and reach out early

Target the right ask

Segment donors by total giving to tailor outreach
